I made it as a pasta. I also used chicken tenderloins and didn’t pound them. I added 1/4 cup dry red wine, 1c chicken broth, a bit of crumbled bacon. I tossed the pasta in pesto and a little butter. I combined the sauce/ veg with the pasta in a large skillet, added chicken back in, drizzled glaze, added the mozzarella balls and let it warm together before serving. The family approved. I can’t leave anything alone, I swear. 😆
