Added move avacado oil while saute'g sweet potato, as oil disappears with sausage browning.
Covering the pan during sweet potato saute is needed.
Spinach rough chopping is recommended.
Drizzling lemon juice, about 1 tbsp worth, worked well, so not a whole lemon.
My last addition is to top it with an overeasy egg or eggs:)
