Really easy and really tasty. Only added a pinch of salt at the beginning, but the ham carried the rest of the way through. I used 900g Bertocchi ham hock. Added some potato since I didn't have celery on hand. I did it in an Instant Pot on the slow cooker function. The peas I used were a few years old, so it just took longer.
Low for 8 hours, then saute function for the last hour. Definitely be using a fresher bag next time, but I'll be making this one again for sure. There's a low, normal, and high temperature setting, so I might need to put it on normal next time to have it done in 8-10 hours as per recipe.
