Maybe we didn't like this as much because we were both wanting some meat today. But it was really good and it great flavor! I used the roasting setting on her air fryer and cooked the mushrooms at 400 for about 15 minutes. The veggies I roasted at the same temperature for about 10 minutes. Then I added all the toppings onto the mushrooms and roasted for another 5 minutes. I also next to the yogurt with some sriracha which is a great replacement for Sriracha mayo! 9/10
