So tasty! I have a garlic & onion intolerance, so I left those ingredients out, but it was still pretty good without them! Next time I will add more herbs. But oh what a delight to cook with fresh basil YUM!! I’m hearing there’s a way to buy balsamic glaze premade from the store, and I’m thinking I’ll do that next time too since my glaze hardened while I was cooking everything else and I had to heat it up again.
