I made a double batch because I hate having partial tofu blocks and had plenty of zucchini. I must have made the balls too big as I only got 19, and they did need a little more cook time. They could use more garlic and probably more of the other spices, and I think half the baking powder as I'd prefer them a little more dense/less fluffy. Lovely little balls for snacking or have more and call it a meal.
