Overall, thumbs up from the four kids at our house. But general feedback was too bland. I'd up the spice mixture a bit, and definitely be generous with the salt.
It also made WAY more filling than we needed by following the recipe. Or maybe our potatoes were small. The photo is what we had leftover after filling 24 potato halves.
