I am blown away by these. They weren’t too hard to put together and I made them a day in advance. Sooooo yummy and cheesy, the cooked jalapeño made it slightly sweet and not too spicy. For some reason the bacon wasn’t long enough when I cut it in half horizontally, so next time I think I’d cut it longways. I also think it is possible for the jalapeños to be overcrowded in the tray. So excited to bring these to the 4th of July!
