I used this as a base recipe, turned out really well. I seasoned the flour, eggs and panko mix with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic granules. Measured with my heart. I did a 70/30 mix of panko and dried seasoned bread crumbs (out of necessity). I also doubled dipped the cutlets in the egg and panko mixture. I pounded my cutlets to about 1/3" +/- and only fried them for about 1.5 minutes on one side and a minute on the other. They were perfectly browned and crispy. Finished them off in the oven as recipe directed. Super easy and very tasty.
