Like everyone said in the comments, triple the dressing recipe because it's very small if you are letting people pour it on their own serving. It tastes very strong of vinegar so use a splash when add it to your salad. The recipe is great but the dressing is plain so i would use a different recipe. maybe one with oregon in it
