Like others, most of my tortillas fell apart, but they were delicious!
They came together before my oven could even preheat, so I love how fast they are.
It says the pepper in adobo is optional, but I think it really made the filling so I wouldn't go without it.
Healthy, cheap, tasty, and quick! I'm a big foodie, and I wouldn't call this a "holy grail" recipe, but I could picture it being one for vegetarians, or people who want healthy food that's fast. We'll probably incorporate this pretty often just for the ease to taste ratio!
I'd recommend some kind of dip, sauce, etc. I think guacamole salsa would rock, my husband said birria consomme.
