Doubled almost everything but the onion (it was very big) but forgot the parsley. Added Smoked Paprika and used a large can of cream of chicken with abaout a cup of whole milk to clean the can. Didn't really measure anything. Added a bunch of grated cheese that was leftover from a different recipe and some parmesan. Decided to make the rice separately (4 cups) and serve the chicken and sauce over top. It was very good!
