Tasted fine. Recipe is a mess. Wish ingredients were in correct order. Also, added cooking wine into sauce at creation stage (not in instructions? ) Added no sugar/agave as hoisin is sweet enough for us.
No dark soy sauce so used regular with liberal sprinkling of Maggi sauce. Didn't measure either, just dashed it all over the chicken in a glass casserole dish.
Hubby and I added Sriracha and salt. Son added lime juice.
