Smells great. Put butter on it as it cools. When m8xing/blend8ng... used my small blender which worked great, next time, put ingredients , (lightly mix cream cheese & cottage cheese in bowl), blend 1/2 cheese mix with 1/2 eggs, pour in prepped pan ( parchment lined) then other half. I add3d about 1 t of ghee as well ( per 1/2 batch).
