Very tasty. Used more garlic. Forgot to buy kale. Hubby said not nec. Used some left over ricotta, but a whole new one next time and use. Found buratta at aldi. Not sure it added anything but it was our first try of it. Tasted like cheese. (How can you go wrong? )
No lemon zest so subbed some lemon pepper for some salt.
