← Replies in Broccoli Cheese Mini Muffins Recipe

I used smoked cheddar and breadcrumbs and they were really tasty. My kids and husband didn't like it. They collapsed after baking so they looked more like flat half - mini muffins. I think they are great for toddlers, but not mine.
