OMG this cake! Super moist but not super sweet. I made marshmallow frosting and the whole thing was kinda like one of those hostess cupcakes but not cloyingly sweet. I halved the recipe and baked in two 6 inch pans around 40 min, then stacked them. Really good, definitely a must make when I have zucchini!
