Used 4 ears of corn. Fry the chicken, remove from pan. Deglaze with a little white wine, add butter and saute onion, add in tomato and corn, let it heat up. Add the cream. Let it all mix up and think about what it’s done. Slice chicken into strips, add back to pan. Garnish with basil.
