Good crêpes. Just somewhat moist?
I suggest putting the burner at max every time before pouring the mix, and then lower it again, so it doesn't stick. Also use a proper sized pan for crêpes, and don't pour too much mix or the inside won't cook nicely. All in all, very good recipe.
