This recipe is SO freaking delicious! I'm not even a lemon pastry fan, but I was so into this! The cupcake itself is super moist and the cream cheese frosting provides the perfect balance of sweet to tart.
I made a few minor modifications: 1) I added lemon zest and a squeeze of lemon juice into the frosting 2) I topped mine with candied lemon slices and blueberries rolled in corn syrup and coarse ground sugar
