So I don’t really have measurements because I just eye everything but I put some flower on a dish and I mix in some salt and pepper and some granulated garlic or garlic powder whichever one you have your chicken has to be really thin. I take a couple tablespoons of butter and some olive oil in a pan. I dredge the chicken into that flour mixture and brown it. I remove it from the pan and keep it warm and then I add about another 6 to 8 tablespoons of butter, the juice from a lemon and also the zest from the lemon, some capers a little bit of white wine. I let the wine cook out a little bit and then I add either chicken broth or if you want it more like a gravy a thicker sauce I would put in some heavy cream and whiskey always add a little bit of chicken broth also but you wouldn’t use more chicken broth if you wanted a thinner sauce, thicker sauce, I would add a little cream has to be heavy cream. Stir it constantly add your chicken in sprinkle it with some fresh chopped parsley, and enjoy franchise is almost the exact same thing. The only thing is you put it in flour and then an egg and you don’t put the capers.
