Used 3lbs of turkey, a little pumpkin spice instead of allspice, doubled the recipe. Used more mustard and Worcestershire in the gravy and added sour cream at the end instead of heavy cream. Added some pumpkin spice to the gravy. Made meatballs in the big pan with lid then put lid on and simmered in gravy. Next time could use a little more gravy and a little thicker.
