Came out perfectly! I weighed all my ingredients carefully, and made a perfect focaccia! I went a little heavy on the olive oil, and baked it in a cast iron pie dish. Easily a 5-star recipe for a small batch of focaccia! I ate almost the whole thing and had to force myself to stop. I only had Italian seasoning + powdered rosemary on hand as toppings. It was still amazing.
