Turned out well! Would definitely make again. Love that they're so few ingredients and I would rate it a 6.5/10 on the easy scale lol I double d the recipe to make two batches and I think my only complaint is that they're a little bit too salty (even my plain batch so I know it's not the everything bagel seasoning). In the future, I'll definitely just batch make them in big quantities and freeze them! Following the recipe exactly I believe would make just four bagels.
