Came out thin and crispy! My discard had apparently frozen in the way back of my fridge so I was nervous how these would bake. Only had a sad nub of butter so I dumped in some olive oil, mixed vigorously, tossed in spices/herbs, smooshed it flat-ish on a silicon mat, popped into the oven with well wishes. Total bake time was 30 minutes. Turned out so yummy!
