Hi, I'm tempted to make this recipe, but there are no weights in grams. In my country, 1 stick of butter is 250gr. I don't think this matches the recipe. Please add objective measurements.

It's not my recipe, so I don't know the weights. I can tell you that one stick of butter is one half cup, equal to 113.44gr. It looks one half of a stick would work for you. I hope that helps.
