← Replies in Qdoba Mexican Gumbo Copycat Recipe

Delicious and really close to Qdoba. Did half the recipe for two of us. Would add more liquid so it's a bit more soupy, and maybe do extra beans (any kind), but cook them in the veggies. Also added jalapenos 👍.
