First of all the taste is really good (probably would have been even better with wine instead of broth) BUT next time I’d just boil the pasta on its own and add to the sauce. It took way longer to cook this way and left it a bit gummy. I also put a sprinkle if parmesan on top and broiled to get that bubbly brown crust. Would have added bread crumbs too if I had any. My kids think buffalo sauce could only improve it.
