It was delicious! The only thing is say about it that needs to be considered is that you need to add lots of time if it's frozen and bigger piece of meat. My husband cooked it and after the 60 minutes, we had to pressure cook 3 more times for 15 minutes. We had a 5lb roast. However, once done, man was it good. The kids all had 2 helpings. They are super picky eaters!
