Delicious. I made some changes - I used Rotel diced tomatoes/green chiles and drained the juice and added those in. Also made sure the beans were drained. I also added in seasoning - a little taco seasoning, some slap ya mama, garlic and onion powder. I didn’t have an oven safe skillet so I did transfer the meat into a 9x13 pan and ended up cooking for 30 minutes. Delicious. It’ll be in our regular rotation
