Delicious. Will def make again. Served with everything-bagel spice crusted fish. - Used a whole medium red onion - chickpeas took a lot longer to crisp up than recipe says (good 15 mins or more for me)- might consider roasting them next time - halved both amounts of cayenne - served over rocket
