Haha this was great and fun to make but had some challenges. First off, call me crazy but I don’t care for bacon so I debated on whether or not to add it like the recipe says and finally ended up adding it. Then, I could *not* for the life of me find puff pastry anywhere in town. Went to 4 different grocery stores and finally gave in and bought 2 packages of Pepperidge Farms pastry cups which is what you see in the photo. It worked fine but I had to cook it 50 minutes in order to get them to look like this. They weren’t amazing but it’s fine. Next time, I’ll leave out the bacon and probably won’t use as many mushrooms and prep better so I have proper puff pastry. 😆
