Don't make this in a cast iron skillet if you want it to look "sexy". I would also recommend using an immersion blender to make the sauce smooth. Maybe my sauce didn't turn out well cuz I didn't cook it long enough? I added heavy cream and a lot more cheese to give this any kind of flavor. However, in the end, it turned out delicious regardless of how it looked. Will definitely try again. 8/10
