Tons of flavor!!! The balsamic vinegar made the chicken very tender. I used about twice the dry seasonings and added some fresh parsley before baking to add to the veggie flavor. My 3 year old LOVED the chicken, so definitely adding this recipe to our favs! Not to mention, it was super quick to make, throw in a pan and bake, and afterwards was an easy clean up since I lined the pan with tin foil.
