Second time I've made this salad & I absolutely lllllove it. Everything about this salad is perfect & I seriously am obsessed w/ the dressing; I used pecans instead if walnuts because it's what I had in stock.
The beets did need over an hour to get to the right softness but that's no big deal in my opinion.
