Next time I am going to do half starch half flour for the dumplings, and maybe an extra yolk. I would like them to be a bit chewier. Flavors were awesome! This took me a while but I think that’s okay as I won’t make it all the time. I used powdered thyme and dill weed flakes (all I had on hand) and it was still great. Also used orzo because it was all I had on hand.
