Instructions

Step 1
Peel the potatoes then cook in salted water until fork tender . Then mash add salt pepper egg yolks potato starch and thyme then mix to a dough. Form balls then set aside .

Step 2
You can use ground pork or ground beef I am using mixed ground pork and beef . Put the meat in a bowl then Add salt pepper and thyme then massage with the hands until it becomes tacky. Form into meatballs and set aside

Step 3
Finely dice carrot onion and celery then add butter to a pan and sauté . Add 2 cups of diced cabbage then add 6 diced potatoes and the vegetable broth . You can use chicken broth if you prefer cook for 15 minutes then add the meatballs and cook 2 minutes . Add salt and pepper and Finally add in the fine soup noodles potato dumplings and chopped dill and bring it to a simmer cook 3 more minutes then serve
