I roughly halved this recipe as I'm only cooking for myself. This was delicious and very simple to make. I found it made 2 small portions. I don't think double would make 4 more like 3 portions. You definitely need to serve it with a side. I used canned pineapple (student budget ๐
) and I didn't have any garlic powder (student kitchen ๐
) so I used chopped garlic instead. It still tasted fantastic!
