I decided to add some fresh halibut to this recipe. I also added a tablespoon of Fish Sauce (Blue Dragon brand) for a bit of added flavour. I took 3 large leftover baked potatoes and the chick peas and blended them with coconut milk (for dairy free) just until chunky. Added some frozen corn and heated until the corn thawed and the flavours mixed. Extra garlic! Delicious!! We ate it with hot buttered toast, but you could serve it with garlic bread.

Sounds like a halibut of an idea. I love potato in lentil soup.
