I doubled the recipe and the sauce but was careful with doubling the sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil. I agree with other comments to use less vinegar and more sugar

I'd also like to double this recipe. When you say "careful with," do you mean you added closer to 1.5x than 2x the sugar/vinegar/sesame oil?
