The best pad thai recipe ever. Super easy to make and very delicious. We couldn't find garlic chives, so we doubled the garlic and added some spring onions as per the suggestion in the recipe, and that turned out really yummy. We did fry up the tofu and scrambled the egg before starting because we found it easier to do that rather than scrambling the egg with half the ingredients in the wok. Definitly recommend adding the cayenne/chilli powder at the end. Gives it a nice spicy kick!
