The dough was a little sticky, like mentioned, so I added 10 extra grams of flour. It refused to rise the first hour, I think because there was too much light or it was too cold. Putting it in the oven for proofing fixed that. I baked for 24 minutes, I think I’d do 23 next time. This was excellent! Gobbled up so quick.
