* Comes out best when bananas are veryyy ripe. Like more of a solid brown than speckled! Actually incredible. We've made like 10 loafs in a row, continuously buying bananas so we can wait for them to rot so we can make this bread again.. we just use all purpose flour not whole wheat pastry.. it's great fresh then after a couple of days (if it makes it that long) we cut thick slices and put them in the toaster (it takes a lot longer than regular bread) and it's heaven all over again
