I had to change some things due to my husbands sensitive stomach. Some things I changed were using green onions instead of purple onion, using adobo seasoning instead of the chipotle powder and reducing the amount of black peppers in the chicken and dressing. I also used a 50/50 spring mix instead of lettuce, which I usually have difficulty eating but loved with this recipe. My husband and I loved it and will be making it again. Hopefully soon!
