If you use the myfitness app, the calories of this entree is 240. Made this this morning, and I had it with a whole wheat muffin and some avocado. I put the second half up for a quick breakfast later this week. I plan to make an omelette inspired version of this later in the week, as this was not my favorite combo. I think it was the sausage I chose to use. I will adjust it next time I make it.
