As the recipe is written, it's bland and the sauce doesn't come together. However, I added 4 times the Italian seasoning and extra garlic, and then about 2 tsp of Cajun seasoning to just the sauce. The sauce wouldn't come together in the pan so I got a little creative. It was runny so I added some flour to thicken it up and then used my blender to get the sauce to combine. It takes a lot of modification to make this work. If you want to try it, be warned that you're going to have to do some extra things to get it to work but, if you do, it does taste pretty good.
