No it actually wasn’t, it went very well with the basil I added to the soup.

In the first month it was all I ate, and in the second month it was just a few times a week.

Do you think this will freeze well. I don't like leftovers sitting in my fridge

It does freeze well, you’ll just have to give it a few hours to defrost at room temperature, because microwaving could make it taste bad/watery and you’ll need to warm it up in a pot.
