I would definitely add some more seasoning to the potatoes and salmon. I originally added rosemary to the potatoes, and Italian seasoning to the salmon. Next time I'll be sure to add a bit more or some differnt spices. It was good though.

I would add your favorite herbs. I used rosemary. I plan to add a bit more,next time.
