I followed the instructions as written, but the ingredients list was more of a guide. It was really good, and I added twice as much cayenne and red pepper flakes, and added a bit of brown sugar to make the flavors more drastic.

ALLLLWAYS add more seasoning ;) especially garlic 😋 ha! Recipe - 1 clove. Me - 4 cloves 😅

That generally my rule of thumb. I season until I hear the voice in my head go “girl, that’s enough.”
