I was pleasantly surprised. Good texture. Mine doubled during the 45 minute rest. The overnight rise wasn’t great. Next time, I’ll rest less time for a good rise overnight. Taste is good. Glaze is thick, will work on that. Overall, will use this again. Thanks to the author!!!
